ASI Hydraulics’ series of 40HP Portable Power Units are great units used in mobile machining; specifically when you need variable speed to operate your clam shell and tooling at the same time. This unit has a unique close-coupled pump to motor combination to save the maximum amount of space and reducing the footprint for more of a portable power unit. The roll cage that is built around our units is extremely tough and does the job of protecting the vital components while in transportation and in use.

Electric motor is submerged in tank for quiet and efficient operation.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) standard on all models. Allows for precise flow control that operatures between 4.5-18 GPM.
Unique pendant controls allow operation from 50 feet. (Also available in custom lengths up to 150 ft.) Controls the direction of flow and speed of the hydraulic power unit.
Custom UL certified control packages. All UL electrical work performed in-house.
